So, what’s my deal?
I have a passion for creating positive change through storytelling.
My background is in the arts and events - having completed a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre at Monash University in 2020. I’ve always loved trying to make people laugh and smile, share memories and create conversations. While my interests and passions have changed countless times, the arts have taught me valuable lessons in communication, teamwork and adaptability.
I am also studying to become a finance broker, focusing on helping neurodivergent people and creatives to achieve their financial goals.
Since 2022, I have worked as a neurodiversity advocate and consultant, sharing my lived experience with organisations to create neuroinclusive environments.
As you can see, I’m pretty expressive in my storytelling style.
For someone who’s not really into headwear, I have worn many hats!
While it may seem like I know what I’m doing, I love the fact that my neurodivergent brain has allowed me to hyperfocus and dedicate time and energy to so many different things.
Growing up knowing I was autistic, I was determined to prove my worth - the internalised ableism and shame made school, friendships and life challenging.
Before I learned what masking was, I thought for a long time that I wasn’t ‘autistic’ enough. Then I wondered why I couldn’t start a task, why my thoughts were snowballing into catastrophic hypotheticals, or why crowds felt suffocating.
Now with the right support and a neuroaffirming outlook on life, I am finally proud of my neurodivergence and see this as an asset.
However, my brain is not a superpower, and I continue to face challenges because of my disabilities. I want to create conversations that empower and uplift people to own their own stories, no matter their background or experience.

My values
I want to live and work by my values.
Our values closely align with our strengths, and I assess my strengths every year using the VIA Character Strengths survey. I highly recommend everyone takes the survey now and then - I’ve noticed my responses change when things in my life change, and it can be very eye-opening.
Currently, my top five strengths and values are:
Creativity
Curiosity
Perspective
Humour
Love of learning
